Andrew C. Tice, Esq.
Corporate Counsel
Andrew Tice is a seasoned attorney and business executive with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic leadership. With more than twenty-years of legal experience in private practice, in-house counsel, and executive advisory roles, he’s developed a comprehensive understanding of the legal, operational, and regulatory challenges faced by organizations of all sizes. From 2010 through 2021, Andrew worked in the banking sector, holding senior compliance and risk management roles at both a large national bank and a regional commercial bank, where he oversaw regulatory compliance programs, enterprise risk initiatives, and complex remediation efforts in highly regulated environments.
Andrew is the Principal of Greyfell, P.C., providing outside and fractional corporate counsel to small, midsized, and startup businesses, with a focus on governance, compliance, transactional matters, and strategic growth. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University. He is licensed before the Iowa and Arizona Supreme Courts and admitted to practice before multiple U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts.
